Established in 1997, the Ocean Sailing Academy was founded to provide serious sailing instruction from the learn-to-sail level through ocean passage making - all while sharing a love for the endless mosaic known as the sea. OSA provides all levels of US Sailing certifications, On Your Own Boat lessons, Instructional Deliveries and unique sailing opportunities such as Cruising Rallies and Ocean Racing.
