The Flag Room
OUR BRAND NEW DECK!
The Charleston Yacht Club offers the perfect
indoor room for up to 125 people for any festive or business occasion.
Located on Lockwood Drive inside the City Marina, the Flag Room offers
stunning views of the Ashley River, local yachting and other boating
activities. Our 1000 sq. ft. outside deck and wrap-around porch can accomodate up to 100 additional guests for seating or mingling.
The Flag Room is a spacious 2000 sq. ft. banquet room overlooking the Ashley River. This room includes a beautiful vaulted ceiling with skylights and several tall windows that allow plenty of natural light all throughout the space. Experience a delightful view with great scenery while choosing the decor of your dreams for this joyous occasion. Hold your next event in this interesting and unique space.
Basic Flag Room Rental
Includes:
- 13 (6') Rectangular Banquet Tables with White Lap-length Linens
- 125 White Padded Chairs
- Full-service Kitchen for Prep
- Moveable bar (can be placed anywhere inside the Flag Room)
- Set-up and Break-down of Tables and Chairs that we own
Flag Room - Additional Options
- 13 (60") round tables including white linens - $10.00 each
- Dishwasher - $40.00
- Bartenders - $125 flat rate for the 1st bartender; $100 for the 2nd
**Please note that you are required to bring in all of your own alcohol, mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, etc. WE DO HAVE ICE AND COOLERS, however.**
Notes and Pricing
Anyone interested in room rental must first contact the Charleston
Yacht Club office to verify available dates and other necessary
information. The office phone is 843-722-4968. You may download
the weekend rental contract 
here for additional information and a room layout.
Reservations require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Members should call the club for member pricing information.
All rentals are for a 5 hour event period ending and cleaned up by 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Friday through Saturday.
