The Flag Room
The Charleston Yacht Club offers the perfect
room for up to 175 people for any festive or business occasion.
Located on Lockwood Drive at the City Marina, the Flag Room offers
stunning views of the Ashley River, local yachting and other boating
activities.
The Flag Room is a spacious 2000 sq. ft. banquet room overlooking the Ashley River. This room includes a beautiful vaulted ceiling with skylights and several tall windows that allow plenty of natural light all throughout the space. Experience a delightful view with great scenery while choosing the decor of your dreams for this joyous occasion. Hold your next event in this interesting and unique space.
Basic Flag Room Rental
Includes:
- 13 (6') Banquet Tables with White Linens
- 100 White Padded Chairs
- Full-service Kitchen for Prep
- Moveable bar (can be placed anywhere inside the Flag Room)
- Set-up and Break-down of Tables and Chairs that we own
Flag Room - Additional Options
- 10 (60") round tables - $7.00 each
- White Linens for Round Tables - $3.00 each
- Dishwasher - $40.00
- Bartender for Event - $110 for the 1st bartender; $100 for the 2nd
**Note: Bartender does not provide alcohol, mixers, glassware, or garnishes unless otherwise negotiated with the club.

Notes and Pricing
Anyone interested in room rental must first contact the Charleston
Yacht Club office to verify available dates and other necessary
information. The office phone is 843-722-4968. You may download
the rental contract 
for additional information and a room layout.
Reservations require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Members should call the club for member price information.
All rentals are for a 5 hour event period. Three hours of set-up time is also permitted.
